CSCAce Premium (US$10/month) renews automatically. You can cancel at any time — no questions asked:
After cancelling, Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made.
If Premium didn't work out, you can request a full refund within 14 days of a charge — for the first purchase or a renewal you didn't intend. Email us or contact paddle.net (Paddle is the merchant of record and processes all refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days).
We may decline refund requests that show signs of abuse (for example, repeated subscribe-refund cycles with heavy usage in between).
The charge on your statement appears as Paddle. For any billing question, include the email you used at checkout: cscace.support@gmail.com.
